Failure to provide materials on time may delay project delivery.

  • Exact number of leads or sales

6. Intellectual Property

  • After full payment, the client may use the final approved deliverables.

  • Raw working files (PSD, AI, project files) are not included unless purchased separately.

A RIGHT DIGITAL is not liable for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data

  • Issues caused by third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers, etc.)

  • Ads being rejected or restricted by platforms

  • Delays caused by client inaction

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service.

Our services may involve third-party tools such as:

  • Analytics platforms

  • Hosting services

We are not responsible for:

  • Platform outages

  • Policy changes

  • Account suspensions

  • Third-party errors

Both parties agree to keep shared business information confidential and not disclose it to outsiders without permission.

10. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate services if the client:

  • Violates these terms

  • Engages in illegal or unethical activities

  • Fails to make payment

Upon termination, no refunds will be provided for completed work or running campaigns.
